After two days of torrential rain it was pleasant to have a dry, mild evening for the three quarters of a mile walk to Magpie Farm, undertaken by at least some of the revellers.

Just as last year it was Georgie’s birthday and there was once more a hearty singing of “Happy Birthday to You”!
