After a day of torrential rain, almost thirty carol singers turned out to perform traditional carols in many places around the village, whilst the children knocked on doors to wish residents a happy Christmas and make collections for charity.
The singers stop to perform a carol for the new residents of Dippers Cottage in Little Street.......
....which seems to be much appreciated by the lady of the house......
....and her dog!
